This thing was a freaking beast! I never want to draw Cerberus again! 
That being said, I'm really enjoying the "what if" scenario of Disney characters from different movies meeting.
The idea came from, of all places, a drag show I attended a few nights ago. Max vs Max was the original idea and, as you can see, it grew from there. I know I missed a few and it was completely intentional. There's no way I was going to draw 101 dalmatians and then some. I also stuck to traditional 2d because, well, because I like it.
And it's huge, sorry 'bout that.

I looked at a picture of the scene in Hercules where Hercules, in the Underworld, has subdued Cerberus. Each of Cerberus's heads, apparently, was about 28 feet long, which would have made him about 67 feet high at the shoulders and 1,700 tons in weight.
